I have been to so many amazing places in my life. I am blessed enough to have a dad that loves planning awesome family trips. My whole life my dad has always gone above and beyond on the trips he plans for my family. We always go on a big trip during the summer and have gone on a lot of trips for spring break. My dad will plan activities that get us out of our comfort zone and help us learn more about the place we are staying at. It's so cool to me how I have done the coolest things that most people don't get to do in their whole lifetime. For instance I have gone white water rafting in colorado, went on top of a volcano in Maui to watch the sunrise, and swam through an underground cave in Mexico.
I am glad that my family is not the type to go to a destination and just hangout by the hotel pool the whole trip. I love not knowing what my dad has in store for my family. I have loved being able to learn about the history and culture of all the places I have gone. The best part for me is that I have been able to experience all of this with my family. My family trips hold such a special place in my heart and I can't wait to carry on big family trips with my children one day. My dad taught me how it is important to experience life straight on while you can. It is so fun doing activities for the first time and being able to have stories to bring back home.
Since my dad has taken my family and I on such amazing trips, it has made me want to see even more. I have gotten a taste of what it's like to explore North America and Mexico, and now I want to go all around the world. I strive to be able to travel all across Europe like my dad did. My dad did a six week trip to Europe with classmates back in the 80's and said it was one of the best times of his life. It's important to me to be able to see different cultures and different ways of life in order to fully grow as a person. I want to be able to use the life I got to see as much of the world as I can.
Here are some of my favorite places I have been to
